Settings

Overview

The Settings page is where you manage your personal profile, application preferences, account security and billing.

Settings apply to your account as a whole rather than to a single election.

Profile

The Profile card displays your initials, name and party alongside the details you can edit.

To update your profile:

1. Navigate to the Settings page.
2. Update your First name and/or Last name.
3. Update your Party if required.
4. Click Save profile.

Your name and party are used across AgentAid, including on generated election return documents where applicable.

Preferences

The Preferences card controls how AgentAid looks and how you're notified, and links out to help resources.

Setting	Description
Dark mode	Switches the application to a darker colour scheme. This preference is saved to your account and remembered the next time you sign in.
Email notifications	Turns on or off email updates from AgentAid.

The Resources section links to:

• About AgentAid – information about the application.
• Help documentation – this documentation site.

The Log out button at the bottom of this card signs you out of your AgentAid account and returns you to the login page.

Security & Billing

The Security card lets you manage how you sign in and how your subscription is billed.

• Reset password – starts the password reset process for your account.
• Multi-factor authentication – enrol a phone number to add an extra layer of protection when signing in. See the Security documentation for more detail.
• Manage subscription – opens AgentAid's secure billing portal, hosted by Stripe.

Billing is handled securely via Stripe. AgentAid does not store your payment details.
